Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases

We offer a Full Refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@ljleathers.com and we will provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label.

Return Guidelines:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Packaging: Please ensure the original packaging is protected. Do not apply tape directly to the shoe boxes, as a fee may be charged for any damage caused by tape.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify it is in good and resalable condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method, less $7.00 restocking/processing fee per pair.
• Customers located in the Northern Territories are responsible for their own return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different style or size, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps outlined above.
